FAAR

Family/Adolescent Assessment & Resilliency (FAAR) is a unique integration of three distinct service types designed to provide comprehensive assessment, stabilization, intensive family intervention and support for at-risk youth and their families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The program is designed to reunify the family and avoid long-term out-of-home placement.

FAAR services include: 

  • Referral & Intake
  • Stabilization in a Community-Based Setting
  • Basic Care Elements
  • Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Assessment
  • Parent Skills Training
  • Intensive Case Management
  • Service Planning/Transition Planning
  • Crisis Management/24 Hour On-call
  • Family Counseling
  • Respite Placement Services
