NCYDN is an exciting mix of youth and adult joined together to improve the quality of life in the area. The North Central region is made up of 14 towns and cities with the city of Fitchburg at its hub. NCYDN strives to improve individual and community health by developing and maintaining a process by which 1) positive youth development activities are coordinated, communicated and networked between youth-serving agencies increase; 2) community-wide youth development activities grow in number, scope and magnitude; 3) gaps in positive youth development opportunities are addressed.
