Mentor Recruitment & Retention Specialist- LUK Inc. is seeking an ambitious and energetic mentor recruiter to be a part of the mentoring team.  We are in need of a dedicated individual to recruit, through an innovative and assorted array of outreach activities, to secure a plentiful and diverse pool of adults appropriate for mentoring youth in Central MA. The Mentor Recruitment & Retention Specialist will facilitate recruitment campaigns and will support the mentoring relationships as needed. Create, present and distribute recruitment materials as needed in public events and various publications. Support the retention process for mentors and mentees at the program. Cultivate community, organization, and collegiate partnerships that will provide an ongoing supply of potential mentors.  Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, training, volunteer management, and social services or combination equivalent of education and experience for a minimum total of 5 years.  Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking.   Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
