LUK, Inc. has been providing a variety of placement service to children/youth and their families from Central MA for over 30 years.  LUK, Inc. is currently providing short-term respite placement services to children and youth served by both the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Retardation (DMR).

LUK, Inc. provides planned and emergency respite services for the three DMH service sites in Central MA.  This service maybe used as a transitional service for children/youth transitioning back in to the community following a crisis situation or as a planned on-going  service to allow these children and youth to remain home and avoid long term out of home placement.

LUK, Inc. provides respite service for the Worcester office of DMR.  LUK, Inc. can provide planned respite service for children and youth ages 4-18, who are serviced by DMR in the Greater Worcester area.

In addition to the contracts LUK holds with Worcester DMR and DMH of Central MA. LUK can provide this service to children and youth served by any of the DMH and DMR area offices.
