In-Home Therapy (IHT)
In-Home Therapy services is a voluntary service for families that provides intensive therapy for a child and family to treat the child's behavioral-health needs and help the family support the child in the home. This service is provided in any setting where the child is located and is best suited to meet the family's needs.
The In-Home therapy clinician develops a structured strength-based therapeutic relationship with the youth and family. This relationship is essential in treating the youth's behavioral health needs and improving the family's ability to provide effective support for the youth to promote healthy functioning within the family.
